How to Obtain Continuing Education Credits
A certificate of completion will be awarded to physicians completing the program with a score of 70% or higher. In order to receive your continuing education credits, the answer sheet and course evaluation form located at the end of this program must be filled out completely and submitted to TIV, Inc.:

A certificate of completion will be mailed within 7-10 working days after receipt of the test and evaluation form. In the event you do not pass, you will be notified regarding a retake examination on the same concepts.
